Fall-Winter Traveling in Style with First Choice

au jour le jour

First Choice, not Second Choice

With so much workload and stress, I just feel like having a long weekend break or in my terms I call it fall-winter break. Why one has to actually hit stop and meditate for a while? I always say that for me traveling is like feeding my soul and relaxing my body. It’s a time to reassess goals and put our minds back on track again. Today, I would like to share to you the things I learn over time when traveling. Do you know what day of the week to travel? It’s cheaper to book on the weekend. Tuesday and Wednesday are the cheapest days to depart. Monday is actually the cheapest day to return. Departing or returning over the weekend is usually the most expensive. The best deals and package holidays however, can be found at First Choice. It’s an online destinations for people looking for all inclusive travel packages either for late minute holidays or planning your family Christmas abroad.  There are a few considerations I learn during my summer travel. Prices rise quickly the week of the flight and you will pay on average 40% more for the ticket the day of. Most discount ticket sales are offered early in the week. Since ticket prices change three times a day, sign-up for email alerts and buy those tickets as soon as possible if they seem right because the next time you go online you won’t get the same deal. Don’t make it your goal to get the least expensive seat in the plane – aim for below-the-average price, and you will likely win. If your dream is to experience the “sweet life” or “dolce vita” of Italian people of the south or see the “beautiful countryside” or “bel paese,” then here’s a list of sound suggestions:

1. Places to visit in Italy and where to stay:

  • Campania (Sorrento) Hotel Atlantic Palace
